R/GA - FUTUREVISION
FutureVision is R/GA's trend spotting division which turned into a publication. It originally started off as a report given to their clients about current trends and that will disrupt tomorrow's business. But since information became more accessible through the internet, it made sense to make it public facing. There were a few challenges. 1 was to first integrate FutureVision onto RGA.com and the second was to keep the integrity of the print publication and make it into a unique digital experience. Along the way there was a 3rd challenge and it was to make improvements and create a different system to the unique and custom CMS platform.

Content
It was important to understand FutureVisions current ecosystem and to determine the different personas FutureVision was already targeting and who would we like to target in the future. Originally the wordpress site was organized by different type of content. Since we wanted a bit more of a seamless and storytelling experience, we created content buckets to organize the type of content.

Modular System
Creating a modular system in the CMS allows for content creators to design and lay out unique design experiences based on the content types. We designed 12 different modules to start with based on the given content the FutureVision team was already designing for.
Magazine
The magazine is made up of already established pages stitched together in a very particular order. Each page in this magazine could live alone but also be curated into a magazine if needed. The magazine will have a table of contents created for the experience so users will be able to jump through the content like they would in a normal printed magazine.
